OUR QUALITY CERTIFICATIONS AND ACCREDITATIONS
"QUALITÉ FLE" CERTIFICATION
Following the audit of France Education International / CIEP (International Centre for Educational Studies), Newdeal Institut obtained the French as a Foreign Language Quality Certification for the conformity and the quality of its reception, services, courses, its premises and management.
The FLE Quality Certification is the result of a quality approach by 3 French ministries: the Ministry of Higher Education and Research, the Ministry of Culture and Communication and the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs. They are members of the interministerial certification committee which awards the FLE Quality Certification.
ERASMUS +
Newdeal World Institut has been an Erasmus + partner since 2014. As a host organisation, our international mobility agency allows European residents to enjoy a stay in Bordeaux and to broaden their culture, knowledge and skills with the financial support of the European Erasmus program.
This European Union programme enables organisations to work in international partnerships, to cooperate and to share good practices in the fields of education, training or youth. Erasmus + awards grants to certain European projects promoting exchange between member countries.
Qualiopi Certification
The objective of QUALIOPI quality certification is to attest to the quality of the process implemented by training centers.
Qualiopi is a mandatory label for centers offering training that can be funded by funding organizations, (OPCO, My Training Account , Pole Emploi etc…) and makes the training offer more visible to companies and users.
Qualiopi is issued by certification bodies accredited or authorized by the French Accreditation Committee (Cofrac) on the basis of the national quality benchmark.
This repository is organized around 7 quality criteria linked to 32 indicators:
- Conditions for informing the public about services, deadlines and results.
- Precise identification of the objectives of the services offered.
- Adaptation to the beneficiaries of the services and the methods of reception, support, monitoring and evaluation implemented.
- Adequacy of educational, technical and supervision resources to the services implemented.
- Qualification and development of the knowledge and skills of the staff responsible for implementing the services.
- Registration and investment of the service provider in his professional environment.
- Collection and consideration of assessments and complaints

OPQF CERTIFICATION
The OPQF certification is a system for recognising the professionalism of training organisations, set up at the initiative of the DGEFP, the Ministry of Work and Employment and the Federation of Professional Training.
The criteria for recognition of professionalism are in line with those which prevail in the selection and choice of training providers by companies:
• Skills and experience of trainers;
• References and monitoring of customer satisfaction;
• Assessment of the financial health of organisations thus validating a presumption of financial sustainability of the legal person over 3 years;
• Adequacy of resources to the services provided;
• Commitment of the service provider to respect the OPQF code of professional conduct.

CSN – SWEDEN
Our school is recognised by the CSN which is the Swedish Student Finance Council. Reporting to the Swedish Ministry of Education and Research, it examines applicants’ eligibility for financial aid to give them a right of access for further education.
BILDUNGSURLAUB – GERMANY
Our French institute is recognised by the Bildungsurlaub which is the official study leave for the continuous training of German employees during working hours.
